Michigan Academy of Gymnastics bills for 4 weeks of class. Students may enter our program at any time and the current month’s tuition will be pro-rated if necessary based on your start date.
Annual Registration Fee
- $50 annual registration fee is charged upon enrollment.
- $25 for each additional child.
- $75 is the family maximum
Automatic Monthly Payment
Your monthly enrollment will continue through the end of the current session. If you choose to withdraw for the upcoming month, a withdrawal form must be submitted online 3 days before the next billing date. Once tuition is charged for the upcoming month, you have committed for that month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance.
Class tuition is automatically charged every 4 weeks for the upcoming month using the credit or debit card you have on file. Changes may be made to your credit card at any time through your parent portal or at the front desk.
All M.A.G. families are required to have an active credit card on file. Cards that are declined will be assessed a $15 late fee and your student may be dropped from class if the account is not brought current within 48 hours.
Late Pickup Policy
For the safety and well-being of all students, we require parents and guardians to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the end of class. Coaches are unable to supervise gymnasts after class, and delayed pickups can create an unsafe environment.
To cover additional staffing needs, a late fee of $25 will be charged for every 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate any delay, so we can make necessary arrangements for your child’s supervision. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, efficient program for everyone!
Special Events
Birthday Parties, Field Trips, Kids Night Out, Camps, Testing, and Open Gym are prepay events. Fees are due at the time of registration. No refunds are provided for special events.
Withdrawal
We have reserved a spot for your child in their current class through the end of the current session, and you will continue to incur monthly installment charges every 4 weeks through the end of their current session.
If your child needs to withdraw from the program before the session ends, you must complete the withdrawal form located on the website BEFORE the next installment auto-charge date. If you request to withdraw after the next auto-charge has been processed, you will not receive a credit or refund for the remaining classes in that 4-week installment. If your student stops coming to class without notification, your card will continue to be charged until we receive and confirm your withdrawal email.
