One Make-up Class per Session:
Each gymnast is allowed one make-up class per session, with the exception of the summer session, which does not offer make-up classes.
Absence Submission:
Absences must be reported before the class starts, and this must be done through the Parent Portal.
Make-up Class Scheduling:
- Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same session as the missed class and within ONE MONTH of the absence date.
- Make-up classes cannot be carried over into the next session or the next month.
- If a scheduled make-up class is missed, it cannot be rescheduled.
- Make-up classes are subject to availability and can only be scheduled 48 hours after the missed class.
This policy helps ensure that gymnasts stay on track with their training while accommodating occasional absences.
