Join our 60-minute tumbling basics class, a fun and safe way for kids to learn and master essential tumbling skills. This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to build a strong foundation in gymnastics. Here’s what your child can expect from our structured and engaging session:

    • Technique Practice: Proper hand and foot placement.
    • Progressions: Start with wall-assisted cartwheels and move to independent ones.
  • Round-Offs:
    • Basics: Learn the key components of a round-off.
    • Power Focus: Emphasis on generating power and maintaining alignment.
  • Bridges:
    • Flexibility Work: Exercises to improve back and shoulder flexibility.
    • Strengthening: Core and lower back strengthening drills.
  • Back Bends:
    • Controlled Movements: Safe techniques for bending backward.
    • Progressive Practice: Start from different positions to build confidence.
  • Back Walkovers:

Our 60-minute advanced tumbling skills class is designed for students ready to take their gymnastics abilities to the next level. This class focuses on mastering higher-level skills, providing all participants with an exciting and challenging experience.

Skill Development 

  • Back Tuck:
    • Technique Drills: Focus on proper form, tucking motion, and body control.
    • Spotting: Assisted practice to ensure safety and build confidence.
  • Front Handspring:
    • Power and Launch: Exercises to develop the explosive power needed for a strong handspring.
    • Form and Landing: Emphasis on correct hand placement and smooth landings.
  • Front Tuck:
    • Approach and Takeoff: Drills to perfect the run-up and takeoff mechanics.
    • Air Awareness: Training to improve spatial awareness and control during the tuck.
  • Twisting Skills:
    • Basics of Twisting: Introduction to twisting techniques and body alignment.
    • Progressive Twists: Start with simple twists and gradually increase complexity and rotation.
