Fall Session: Monday, August 26, 2024-Sunday, January 26, 2025
Our kinder program offers children, ages 1.5 to 6, an opportunity to learn gymnastic skills in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Our lessons focus on improving gross and fine motor skills while developing social skills; such as listening and following directions, turn-taking, and participating in group activities. Kinder classes are held in a separate area of the gym filled with colorful child-sized equipment.
Parent-Tot Classes: Age 1.5-3
One coach leads while parents interact with their child to learn the basics of the gymnastics apparatus; bars, beam, floor, rings, and trampoline. The goal of this class is to develop gross motor skills, social skills, and listening skills, all while having fun. Children do not need to be fully potty trained to participate in this class. If you have multiple kids enrolled in the class, you will need to have one adult for every child. Due to space issues, we can only allow the parent and the student in the class, visitors can observe the class from the waiting area.

Kinder 1: 40 minute class for boys and girls ages 3-4
Kinder 2: 55 minute class for girls ages 5-6

Super Kinder Level (Ages 3-5)
In these classes, children work to develop previously learned fundamental skills, while being introducing to skills that are slightly more advanced. Previous kinder class required.
These classes are more strongly skills based where students will learn dominant movement patterns: statics, landings, rotations, swing, spring and locomotion. Strength and flexibility are reinforced at these levels. Coaches in these classes focus on body positions and shapes that are key elements to future gymnastics skills. These classes begin preparing the child, both physically and mentally, for higher level skills. It is recommended that students at this level register for two classes a week.
