Fall Session: Monday, August 26, 2024-Sunday, January 26, 2025
M.A.G. recreational gymnastics classes for girls ages 6 through 16 promote enjoyment of and participation in gymnastics. Skills are taught on all four olympic events: vault, bars, beam and floor exercise, and lesson plans follow USA Gymnastics progressions.
Red Level
The red beginner level is designed for those who have little or no experience in gymnastics. Its goal is to promote enjoyment and participation in gymnastics, while learning the basic skills presented on all four events. The basic movement patterns of static positions, landings, rotations, swings, springs, flight, and height will be learned.

White Level (Coach Recommendation Required)
The white intermediate level is for those who have experience in gymnastics. Its goal is to promote enjoyment and participation in gymnastics, while learning the basic skills presented on all four events. The basic movement patterns of static positions, landings, rotations, swings, springs, flight, and height will be learned.

Blue Level (Coach Recommendation Required)
The blue level is for those who have a thorough understanding of the basic movement patterns and mastery of elementary skills. This section offers two more progressively demanding levels, containing skills from each of the four women’s events. As the gymnast enters these more difficult levels, more time will be spent successfully completing them and athletes will be working on putting skills into routines. It is recommended that students at this level register for two classes per week.

It is required that students at this level register for multiple classes a week.
